How to love your jewellery longer:
Although some components are made from stainless steel, thus making those pieces water resistant, we still recommend removing your jewellery before any water activities. Including swimming, exercising and showering.
To help protect your jewellery from daily elements such as sunlight and humidity, we recommend storing your jewellery in a cool, dry space, out of direct sunlight, preferably in its original box or pouch when not wearing.
Remove jewellery when sleeping to prevent your pieces getting bent and tangled.
Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes. We recommend lightly spraying any perfume on your clothes and not directly on your skin where your jewels are worn.
Do not clean your jewellery with harsh chemicals as this can potentially alter their colouring and damage any components such as crystals, pearls etc.
Lastly, please treat your jewels with love and care! Be gentle when putting on and taking off. Our pieces are crafted by hand and do have the potential to break if handled roughly (although all care is taken to ensure your pieces are of quality and strength).
Please note glue residue may be present from the reworking process.
Stainless steel components may be used for chains and earring posts. Our signature pieces are made with brass and coated to help prevent tarnishing, however, we cannot guarantee any of our items will not tarnish.
Gold plated items may fade from the metal in areas such as joints and posts. This is general wear and tear with use of metal on metal.

Our stainless steel and titanium 316l stainless steel based jewellery are tarnish-resistant! This refers to its 'water-proof' characteristics meaning it can get wet, however we advise you to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hair products and makeup. These solutions may damage the layer of gold or silver plating and will cause tarnishing or discolouration.

Our Anxiety Rings are made of a variety fo materials including Stainless Steel & Premium nickel free copper (for adjustability). However, it is important to treat it with care to keep them looking good as times go on. Our Anxiety rings should be removed when bathing or applying lotions and perfumes to ensure a long lasting shine.

If you are aware of a jewellery allergy we advise you to choose a hypoallergenic material, and please be aware that it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your item knowing you have pre-existing allergies or sensitivities.
